Rooms

The Subijana House in Villabona is under the property of the city council, and has allowed Mintzola Fundazioa to use its facilities, through an agreement between the two entities. Mintzola will be in charge of its management and organization.

Through the Patronage, Mintzola has delegated the organization, management and monitoring of the activities, courses and events carried out in the Subijana House to the Foundation's manager.

The building has distinct spaces to work on the many aspects of orality. Any person or entity involved in this field may book one of the rooms:

All spectators or listeners in an event, anyone using the library, researches and participants taking part in courses will be considered as users.

Timetable

From September to June - Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Fridays, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. In July and August - Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Note: the centre's manager may change the timetable when needed to organize an activity, and will ask the organizers of the events to name who will be in charge of the activities.

Events

All events and meetings taking place in the Meeting hall, the Main hall or Research Laboratory will be related to orality, and those inside Mintzola's event programme will have priority.

In order to organize another kind of events, it is necessary to have the approval of the centre manager.

The Subijana House will not take political events.
